Dear Mr Smith,

I would not normally write a letter to the principal of a car dealership after purchasing a car, but in this case I felt I needed to. Over many years I have purchased many cars and vans, this was the best I have experienced. From the time I walking in to the pickup of the car, Kieren Weir looked after me, his customer service was at a very high level.

Not only promoting the company but also incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble and he dealt with me in a very high level of professionalism. Please pass on my many thanks to Kieren for a most enjoyable experience.
